Biography
Khue Hoang is the co-managing partner of Reichman Jorgensen’s New York office. She has 25 years of experience representing clients in high-stakes patent infringement and licensing disputes. A former industry semiconductor engineer, Khue infuses her technical background and industry insights with her courtroom skills to effectively guide clients through their most complex intellectual property issues. She works closely with clients and experts to absorb complex technologies and craft effective strategies to protect and enforce their interests.
Khue represents companies across a broad range of sectors, including cloud computing, ecommerce, telecommunications, data storage, consumer electronics, and medical devices. Khue also routinely advises clients on intellectual property and privacy issues affecting and complex business disputes.
Khue’s recent honors include being recognized as a Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America, an IAM Patent 1000 for 2024, Crain’s New York Business 2023 “Notable Women in Law,” Benchmark Litigation’s “National IP Litigation Star” in 2020 and 2022, and Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Women to Watch in STEM in 2022. Khue is also a member of the Conner Inn of Court, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and ChIPS, a national nonprofit organization that advances and connects women in technology, law and policy.
Khue received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineer from the University of California, Irvine, a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
