Welcome to The Civility Series, a collection of important discussions that explore civility in various aspects of the legal profession. This series focuses on the intersection of civility, bias and what guidance the rules of professional conduct provide on these topics. In this session, our program faculty share their personal experiences and practical recommendations to illustrate how lawyers may recognize, prevent, or address potential and actual incivility in litigation settings.
